For over 10 years Cindy has been a wig specialist & guest co-ordinator in the Centre. She conducts wig consultations pairing guests with that perfect wig, arranges appointments & assists her coworkers keeping our centre running smooth.  If you know Cindy at all you know that she LOVES her job and believes that is the secret to doing it best.

Cindy has guests of all ages and is very helpful with medical wigs, head coverings, and basic scalp care.  Women going through cancer and treatments make up most of her clientele but not all.  Her commitment to her guests is evident they’re always surprised at her ability to remember names and details at a revisit weeks or months later.  Cindy takes great pride in her job, knowing how important and personal it is to every guest and how life changing new hair can be.

Cindy was raised here in Charleswood. She loves to travel and is always up to hearing your travel stories and suggestions on where to go next.  Her time off is also spent with her four children. She truly enjoys baking and cooking those big meals.  She also enjoys knitting and crafting.  Every weekend from October to April, you will find her in a gymnasium somewhere in this city watching her boys play basketball.  She is their biggest fan.

Deb has been a part of the hair industry as a leader, mentor, hair stylist and master colourist for over 35 years. Her focus for the last 10 years has been in our Wig and Scalp Centre. Her expertise lies in finding the best look for you while being sensitive to everyone’s needs. Custom fitting wigs, choosing the best colour, and cutting your new look to suit your lifestyle is why she is the best! You will be guided through the entire process with care and compassion.

One of her favourite things is assisting cancer patients in their healing season. Deb will help you feel a sense of renewal by sharing her vast knowledge and experience to aid in regrowth as fast as possible! Deb is passionate in guiding each guest, no matter the circumstance to be the best version of yourself. She loves helping her guests understand the connection between a healthy scalp and healthy hair.

Born Steinbach and raised in Selkirk, Manitoba and an avid Wine lover, Deb will always be a shoulder to lean on, full of laughter, care, and compassion. Deb loves camping, golf, biking, and family. A youthful grandma of 5 her grandkids call her G. She is married to the husband she adores for 22 years.

Kali has loved being in and growing from being in the hair industry for the past 16 years and counting. Drawn since a young age, it has continued to be a big part of her life. She has further been so grateful to be able to extend her knowledge in developing skills and assets in the wig and hair replacement services provided by City Looks by Visage. She's devoted to helping clients find and fit, as well as cut and style the right hair replacement for their needs. Additionally giving information to clients receiving or about to receive treatments involving chemo or radiation. She thrives in the challenge of colour in many aspects and has learned to specialize in transformations for clients in their own bio hair along with taking on custom colouring of hair pieces and wigs as a specialty and passion. She loves style, fashion and helping clients develop/find their own. An avid pet and nature lover, she loves spending her time in the sun camping, fishing, and with loved ones any chance she can get, especially as summer rolls around. It's her favourite. Thrifting is a huge passion and she loves the idea of recycling and hand curating the pieces in her home, as well as for friends and family which mean so much to her. She looks forward to collaborating with you and getting the best results to help you feel your best.
