Are you a friendly and responsible? If so, you might be just what we’re looking for to fill our recent opening for a front-desk receptionist.

As our receptionist your primary duties will include answering phones, greeting customers, organizing appointments, and taking payments from customers. This position will also include some light administrative tasks such as data-entry or paperwork. For the right person this position could also involve some basic social media marketing duties.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes and abilities:

• A friendly personality with excellent phone manners
• A strong work-ethic and the ability to perform your duties with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including word processing, and email
• Ability to work flexible night and Saturday shifts

We are looking for someone with at least a high-school education. We are particularly interested in finding someone who is interested in building a long-term career with our company. The business is located along major bus routes and on-site parking is available.

We are all hard-workers and expect the same of you. Our busy days can get pretty hectic, but our business environment is very supportive. You’ll find this to be a friendly and fun work environment, and as long as you’re doing your job you won’t be micro-managed.

Hours: 12-35 per week
