To use:

Towel dry hair and apply the Capilia Hydrating Conditioner followed by the Intense Conditioning Treatment.  Pause 2-3 minutes, or for a more intense treatment, apply a warm, humid towel for 8 minutes.  Rinse thoroughly.  Repeat 1-2 times per week.
