We are so excited to be open as of Monday, May 4.th
The health and wellness of our staff and guests is of the utmost importance. We have upgraded all our SOP protocols for our staff and guests. Although we are open it is NOT business as usual.
If at anytime you feel uncomfortable PLEASE feel free to REBOOK your appointment at ANYTIME for a later date.
We ask all guests to still use our Curb Side Pick-Up Service when restocking your home care needs.
SOP-STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS
*Guests will be informed of self-screening protocols when booking appointment and upon confirmation calls.
If you or anyone in your household has traveled outside of Manitoba within the last 14 days, have any symptoms of fever, coughing, cold or feeling ill in any way, we request you REBOOK your appointment until SAFE.
Our team has the right to refuse to care for you if they feel unsafe.
We will not perform your service if we feel you are ill or unwell. Please refer to the Manitoba Governments screening tool: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/screening-tool/
*Guests must sanitize hand upon entering and before leaving.
*Guests are welcome to wear masks. You are welcome to bring your own or we have a few for retail.
*Guest must come alone, please don’t bring friends/family/children to the appointment.
*Please practice social distancing protocol indicated in the space.
*Please keep your hands inside the cape during your services.
*The guest’s next appointment will be reserved by the stylist while remaining in the stylist chair. The guest may also call once home to 204-896-3177 or by texting 204-805-3247. Reserving the next appointment is greatly recommended.
*Please stay inside your vehicle until you receive a text message from us to come in or once you have arrived, please text 204-806-3247. State your name and your stylist and we will let you know once we are ready for you to come into the salon.
*Waiting chairs will be cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Space is limited.
*Front desk and Debit machines will be disinfected between each use. Front office station will be sanitized after each guest exits.
SOP-STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR STAFF
*Employees must stay home when ill or with COVID-19 symptoms.
*Employees must have temperature taken prior to shift.
*Routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces with household cleaners and EPA-registered disinfectants will be used for the surface, following label instructions.
*Commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected after contact between individuals, even when not visibly soiled.
*Between each client we are using RTU (a medical grade hydrogen peroxide based cleaner) on all stations, surfaces, handles, chairs and sinks.
*All cutting combs, clips, and clipper guards will continue to be disinfected between each use with Barbicide Disinfectant plus a medical grade sanitization cleanser.
*Employees will sanitize hand before and after each guest or after touching any surface area.
*A fresh cape will be used for each guest.
